"My Money"
The LA trio, Lo Moon, are releasing their debut full length on Feb 23rd. Their newest track "My Money” is moody, poppy, and nostalgic. The amount of layers on this track are never ending. By the end, there’s levels of violin, trumpet, synth, and drums. It’s all produced seamlessly with the help of Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie) and Francois Tetaz (Gotye). Lo Moon's chorus delivers great lines you could find in a pop/hip-hop song today, “Don’t marry me for my money. I’ve got this love for you honey.” This track has something for a wide scope of music lovers. Lo Moon is a band you have to watch out for this year. If they aren’t on your radar yet, they will be very shortly.
Their self-titled album comes out Feb. 23rd on Colombia Records.
